Once a project or service has started, refunds are generally not applicable, as time, strategy, and creative resources are allocated immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Services

Strategy development, consulting sessions, audits, and creative work

4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of JUPITER STUDIO, based on the scope of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

Clients agree to contact JUPITER STUDIO directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers.
